Christina Applegate, Best Actress, Musical or Comedy for 'Samantha Who?'
Christina Applegate, nominated for best actress in a TV musical or comedy, said she enjoyed attending the Golden Globes ceremony because of its casual vibe, though she didn't know how that might be affected by the writers strike.

"It's a great evening and it's very-low key and a lot of fun," she said. "Everyone is together from film and TV, and it's a really fun evening. I really hope the strike is over before that. But if it's not, facing that, I'll know in my heart what I want to do. But at this point I have no idea. That would just stink."
