2. Billy's Apt's 815 Ocean Front walk Venice. She's boarded up now for over a year. I lived there from 1-'74 to 11-96 She's a hundred years old in 2009. She was built to be a weekly rental. Back in the 70's the beach in front of her was legally nude until about '77. The tenants and visitors, famous, infamous and the nobodys, are the laughs and tears of storytelling. She is the stuff stories are made of.

4. Would love to see a story on UC Merced and how that new school has affected to community and been affectedy by the community and the real estate meltdown of the San Joaquin Valley. How many students are there now? What was the original enrollment? Have they had a graduating class? Do they have sports teams? What division are they?

8. We need an investigation on our Elected Officials, City Departments, Churches and Non-Profits that have pimped and kept this community of Watts at a stand still for forty years, millions have been alloted for Watts but where and who has the money.

9. I would like to suggest that you do a story on population growth in our small towns within the city of Los Angeles. I believe that uncontrolled population and building growth is what is causing strife and unbearable living conditions in our small "newly discovered gems" which were a lot more peaceful before all the revitalization began.

10. Need follow-up on David Kelly's story May 4, 2008 about Purepecha Indians being evicted from trailer park near Thermal. Have any offers of help been received? What can people do to help? Is anyone organizing help? Can a foundation buy the trailer park, make repairs, forgive back rent and turn it over to a tenants' assn.? Is Sister Gabriella Williams working on it?
