“Lipstick Jungle” star Brooke Shields wore "Project Runway" designer Christian Siriano’s favorite Emmy frock of the night, a hot pink chiffon Badgley Mischka strapless number. “I would have liked a little more drama on the carpet," whined Christian to a TV reporter. "But I loved Brooke’s hot pink color.” Brooke is definitely not a hot mess.
