Sundance comebacks

Although Josh Hartnett has slowly built indie cred with films like "Mozart and the Whale" and "Sin City," it's hard to forget his pretty playboy persona from "40 Days and 40 Nights."

Maybe Hartnett will hit his indie stride in Park City with "August." His beautiful and overly confident character has to learn to survive the dot-com bust of 2001. The undercurrent of angst and pathos comes courtesy of a Howard A. Rodman screenplay.
