Ch-ch-changes will be coming to the Fox schedule as the network transitions to its summer programming.
The network announced Thursday its season finale dates for shows such as "Bones" and "The Following" and premiere dates for new and returning programs.
"So You Think You Can Dance" returns for its 10th season on May 14. Riding off the first night of "American Idol's" two-night finale on May 15 is a preview of the network's workplace reality series, "Does Someone Have to Go." The series, which will make its time period debut on May 23, has bosses handing over the power to the employess, letting them make changes in the work place -- even letting co-workers go (uh, not sure how that last part holds up with HR).
Meanwhile, new comedy "The Goodwin Games" makes its debut in a crowd of Tuesday repeats--how's that for a boost! The comedy, featuring Scott Foley ("Scandal," "Felicity"), centers on a trio of siblings who are poised to inherit a large sum of money after their father's death--that is, if they fulfill his last wishes. Its lead-in is an encore of "Raising Hope" at 8 p.m.
Then there's the two-hour return of "Masterchef" on May 22. And a late-night crowd of quarter-hour animated series in "Animation Domination High-Def." The block runs from 11 p.m.-12:30 a.m. and will include: "Axe Cop," based on the graphic novel; "High School USA!" from Dino Stamatopoulos ("Community"); "Golan the Insatiable," with voice work from Mandy Moore, Patton Oswalt and others; and the "Untitled Lucas Brothers Project," from identical twin comedians Kenny and Keith Lucas.
