Red Carpet Rewind: Gucci for a good cause

A New York fundraiser for Raising Malawi and UNICEF drew a horde of celebs that rivaled, and may possibly top, the still-tentative Oscars.

Gucci's new Manhattan flagship boutique was the site of the charity bash, co-hosted by Madonna, who brought her stunning daughter Lourdes.

And the massive security was reportedly tighter than you'd find at the Charles deGaulle airport.

Hot couples included a dirigible-sized Jennifer and Marc, Ashton and Demi, Tom and Katie, Salma and Francois-Henri, Gavin and Gwen and new match-made-in-giggle-heaven Drew Barrymore and Justin Long.

Let's be honest. Given adorable Drew's relationship track record, this pairing may not stand the test of time necessary for them to referred to as Drew and Justin. I'm just saying....

Also in the mix: Orlando Bloom, Sean Combs, Brooke Shields, Ali Larter and Gwyneth Paltrow. Performing: Alicia Keys, Timbaland and Rihanna.

Did I mention that everyone was wearing their best Gucci?
