Jamie Foxx seemed sorely out of place talking about Tyler Perry movies, the BET awards and how (supposedly) crazy it is to see black men at the Academy of Country Music Awards. He was there to introduce George Strait, but we suspect Strait's just competing with Kenny Chesney, who had Morgan Freeman introduce him at the Grammys.
