2008 Emmy wish list

If there is a person who has seen and not fallen willingly into the tangled web of HBO’s “The Wire,” we’ve yet to hear from them. While cozying in for a night with “The Sopranos,” the more palatable of the the network’s two stand-out crime dramas, “The Wire” was always like the homework we looked forward to. It’s about time Emmy awarded the show with its gold star.
