The Diablo backlash?

In the second award of the day, Diablo Cody won for best first screenplay. Taking the stage in a red dress she was practically spilling out of, she began her remarks with a surprising amount of humility. Building momentum, she thanked her manager, Mason Novick, then the director of “Juno,” Jason Reitman, and finally actress Ellen Page, before lifting her award in the air and taking on a mock rock-star pose, "who introduced me to this [expletive]!” Those wondering where the perception of a Diablo/"Juno" backlash is coming from need look no further than these few moments of videotape.
