Poppy's driving instructor Scott, played by Eddie Marsan, is in desperate need of a little Poppy in his life. As he teaches her the dangers of a car, he gives the film the darker edge it needs for Poppy's optimism to shine brighter. He also delivers, repeatedly, the line you'll never forget when checking your rear-view mirror. "En-ra-ha."
