"The Closer's" Kyra Sedgwick and "Two and a Half Men's" Jon Cryer will be on hand July 19 to announce top nominees for the 59th Primetime Emmy Awards.

The actors will join Dick Askin, chairman of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, for the pre-dawn West Coast announcement at the academy's Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in suburban North Hollywood.

Nominees in the top 11 categories will be announced during the brief ceremony.

The three-hour Emmy Awards ceremony will be broadcast Sept. 16 by Fox Television from the Shrine Auditorium.

Cryer was nominated for a supporting actor Emmy last year for his role in the CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men." Sedgwick was nominated for a lead actress Emmy for her role in the TNT drama series "The Closer."
